Spring is well and truly here, which means it’s time to start planning some more army style adventures.
Now is the perfect time to start building your dens, sniper nests and bunkers ready for the warm weather. We’ve prepared the KAS Den Making Guide to help you to build your very own army style hideout.
Location, Location, Location: Be sure to choose somewhere that will keep you hidden, you want that element of surprise so hedges and bushes are perfect! Use our camo tarp to stay camouflaged Also make sure you don’t set up amongst brambles or stinging nettles. Nobody wants to get stung, no matter how tough they are!
Make sure you have enough room: When building a den, think about how you will use it. Will you lie down, crouch or sit? If you’re lying down, the den will need to be quite long so that you can fit in! Also remember to make the den high enough.
It needs to be sturdy: There’s nothing worse than spending time setting up a den, only for it to fall down within minutes. Sturdy surroundings such as trees make excellent supports & they will also provide that extra bit of extra shelter! You can also use sandbags to weight the den and stop it blowing away!
Finishing touches: So you’ve built a den, now to kit it out! Try adding some bunker signs and someweapons! What about a Sniper Rifle and some Grenades for that extra army feel!
